• The Bilateral publication Qatar – Japan shall be a milestone in the Qatari needs calendar for entrepreneurs from Japan.

The guide will include texts and photographs illustrating the many facets of Qatar, as well as interviews with our country’s leading officials and leaders.
It will also highlight the significant contributions of our Qatari leaders in supporting the country’s many achievements and promote private sector leaders and pioneers in foreign partner countries, particularly those who have played a key role in economic and infrastructural development.

This publication, accessible to a large international audience, will enable small and medium-sized enterprises to learn about and engage in trade, commerce, and cooperation in local industrial development projects, as well as in investment and technology transfer.

1. Printed business cards: The Qatar Embassy will distribute printed business cards featuring a QR code to all participants at the National Day cocktail. Scanning the QR code will provide automatic access to the digital version of the dedicated website and the publication.

2. A MOBILE DIGITAL PLAYER
Users will have the ability to watch the video, read the book, and/or download all content. They will find extensive information and contacts in Qatar, including details about embassy services, bilateral companies, Chambers of Commerce, and more.
For local decision-makers, visiting dignitaries, and businessmen traveling to  Qatar for forums, exhibitions, or other events, as well as Qatari dignitaries traveling abroad, a USB/OTV stick serves as the ideal tool to promote the publication and website. It also facilitates connections with local organizations and services in Qatar.
The USB/OTV stick is compatible with both computers and mobile phones (Android and iPhone). It contains a wealth of data and can be connected to any mobile or computer device for locating, writing, chatting, and various other functions.

3. NFC TECHNOLOGY

The publication will be shared by the Qatar Embassy, government offices, leading Qatari firms, and japanese and Qatari sponsors and advertisers with their visitors through an NFC business card and NFC static base. The NFC link will automatically provide access to the video, the publication’s website, and/or the Embassy’s website. Additionally, the embassy and other Qatari organizations will facilitate access to the publication via an NFC base available to visitors.

4. PUBLICATION HARD COPIES

The Embassy of the State of Qatar in Japan will send multiple copies in japanese and English langages, to key business leaders and government authorities, and also offer the publication to its guests at the National Day cocktail.
In addition, the publication in Arabic and English will be available for Qatari guests present in Japan but also shared in Qatar for promotion to both countries. The Embassy of Japan in Qatar will obtain copies for its own distribution.
Partners and sponsors will receive copies for local distribution, accompanied by QR business cards, NFC supports, mobile digital readers and more are widely circulated thanks to access QR business cards, NFC supports, mobile digital readers and to the website available throughout the period and during the year 2025.
